Cancellation Policy

**All glass/custom screens are measured and made to order at Glass + Screen Hospital. Orders cannot be canceled after the date of deposit, otherwise they will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment Policy

**Payment is due before or at completion of job. We accept all major credit cards, checks or cash. Please make us aware of your preference in receiving your receipts and provide the necessary information. We can text, email or mail a paper copy.

Our Guarantee

**Our guarantee to you: We warranty our insulated glass units against fogging and condensation for 5 years starting at the date of installation by Glass + Screen Hospital technician only.

**Limited 90-day warranty on window balance repair(s) covers parts, workmanship and installation. There is no warranty on parts that have been damaged from misuse, abuse or neglect. A service call and labor fee will be charged to repair/reset balances outside of the 90-day time frame.

Walk-In Services

**Glass + Screen offers a convenient walk-in service for window and screen repairs to help our customers save money and provide SAME DAY SERVICE! 

Visit us at 836 Middle River Rd., Middle River, MD 21220. Our walk-in services are Monday – Friday, 8 AM– 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM- 3PM.

**We are not responsible for any repairs left in our shop over 60 days. This also includes special ordered glass and parts.
